The Beaird Zoo family tradition has been to give everyone in the family a chance to help with the first serving of cereal. This was sweet when we fed Fisher the first time. . . a bit more chaotic for Ramsey. . . and downright belly bursting for Maggie!! She was a champ and ate a couple of tablespoons of rice cereal. At the end of each serve, she’d swallow big and then react like she had just eaten a lemon. Unfortunately, it didn’t help her to sleep all the way through the night, but it was still fun.
This has been school holidays (more coming later) so we’ve had a few school-age kids over during the week. Maggie and Ramsey have been a little sick, but it hasn’t stopped us from swimming and playing tennis and riding bikes and enjoying the spring wind. The neighborhood is blooming and the sun is shining stronger. We’re around the corner from daylight savings, so we’ll spring forward and gain even more fun time. When we spring forward, the US family will be falling back which will put us 17 hours ahead. That may sound like a massive difference, but it really makes us closer. . . do the math and we’re really only 7 hours apart!! Yay!!
So precious! Every time you put some new food in Davey’s mouth, he opens his mouth real wide and scrunches up his face and looks at you just like he is saying, “ARE YOU KIDDING ME?” She is so cute and I love that all the boys helped feed her.
she’s gorgeous! I love how careful Fisher is being when it’s his turn. And I swear, I know it’s not so but I never see a picture of RAmsey where he’s not smiling – you can tell he loves his life!
How did our parents ever survive without a removable car seat? So much more than just a car seat. I can’t believe how big she is getting. Can’t wait until Christmas.
well done Mags! You have finally done it! YOU ROCK SISTER!!!
LOVE LOTS MISS KASEY
